Sneha Kaushal is a Young Professional in NITI Aayog deputed in Ministry of Home Affairs under the Aspirational District Program. She is a part of Left Wing Aspirational District Resource Centre (LWRC) at centre and is responsible for coordination between different ministries, formulating strategies and providing documentation support to fellows at district.
She has previously worked in PRADAN in Chhattisgarh where she was directly engaged at village level to form and nurture women collectives, build their capacities and link them to livelihood options. She also has experience on documentation, project development and mobilizing CSR funds for rural development.
She has completed her Post Graduate Diploma from Indian Institute Of Forest Management and prior to that she has completed Bachelor of Engineering from Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg.
