I completed my Masters of Social work in Livelihoods and Social Entrepreneurship from TISSMumbai in the year 2017 and then went on to work with RGAVP (Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad) as a Young Professional. There I worked on financial inclusion, institution building, capacity building, livelihood development and convergence.
I have good team skills and this role requires one to work effectively in the teams. I am an organized professional and have demonstrated my abilities wherever I have worked..
Through my skills and experiences I can surely work with various stakeholders and achieve the desired outcomes of the initiative. Creating on ground impact by navigating ways through problems will be my achievement. Being young, I feel being a part of such fellowship programme will really give me the required support and resources that I have always looked for while working in the development sector
