Bio:
I am a graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from VTU, Belgaum, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from IMT Ghaziabad. I am a native of Bengaluru. I have close to 3 years of work experience from HSBC in the HR Analytics domain.
I believe that I could add value to the TADP programme through putting to good use my data analysis and presentation skills that I have gathered over the course of my academic and professional career.
Since this is my first experience in the development sector as a full-time professional, I expect to learn quite about the workings of the implementation arm of the government, i.e., the District Administration. In addition, I expect to learn about how the interplay between the political, social and practical factors can affect the implementation of policies and schemes. The fellowship will also provide me with an opportunity to learn more about the government’s policy think-tank – NITI Aayog, and this holds deep interest for me as a public policy enthusiast.
As for my future, I intend to experience public policy from all sides (planning, implementation, demand side, political) in the course of my career.
