I have hands-on experience in policy and project management which includes experience in designing, developing and planning WASH, Education, Social Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) and Monitoring and Evaluation Programmes with government partners, private organisations and non-governmental organisations.
As a WASH Analyst with Taru Leading Edge Pvt, I developed state and national level surveys, training modules with facilitation guides in the areas of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and Behaviour Change Communication (BCC). I was the Technical Lead in the design and creation of Toilet Technology Training Module for Master Trainers and Masons with sub-training modules for Block, District and Gram Panchayat (GP) level functionaries in World Bank’s project on Developing Training Capacity to Support Sustainable ODF Campaigns under Swachh Bharat Mission- Gramin.
With Sulabh, I have worked with agencies like UNICEF, World Vision and HSBC. I was the technical lead in developing Training Manuals with Facilitation Guides for Training of Trainers (ToTs) for Block and GP level functionaries and conducted Vulnerability Analysis, Impact Assessment, Need Assessment and Monitoring and Evaluation in the fields of Sanitation, Education and Political Rights Awareness
