Post my degree in statistics, I joined the Teach For India fellowship to understand the grassroots realities of classrooms. In a quest to understand the system better, I took up the role of whole school transformation with Mantra4Change.
My work there enabled me to understand how development cannot be sectorspecific, and equipped me to join Sattva Consulting where I worked on a myriad projects across healthcare, urban development, education, life skills, vocational skills, social norms and income generation.
My previous experiences in problem-solving, data analysis, stakeholder management will help me navigate the fellowship.The fellowship will be a platform for me to understand the rural landscape by collaborating with the district administration
