Bio:
A graduate from Gandhi Fellowship, I have experienced the grass root realities. My degree in Economics Honours exposed me to new realities regarding how our resources, goods and equilibrium play important role in economy. My interest in development theory and experience made me aware about the stark realities persisting in India. Through my fieldwork, research and study, I learned how to initiate a systematic change, to collaborate with stakeholders, to manage conflicts and to be a team player.
Under the aegis of the Gandhi Fellowship I developed a full circle mentoring model to deliver entrepreneurship education for secondary school students through a near-peer and got a lot of appreciation across Kaivalya Education Foundation.
I gained solid research, analytical and problem-solving skills during the last two years by partnering with government systems. I am excited to work as an AD Fellow to deliver large scale impact in a district by working with key stakeholders and contributing in the sustainable human centric solutions and implementation.
