I am a development professional with 5 years of work experience. My educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management, Jaipur and B.Com from Bikaner. I have worked for Centre for Microfinance in livelihoods team for 15 months. There, I worked largely on agriculture based livelihoods. Earlier, I worked as a Young Professional (NRLM Fellow) in Rajasthan SRLM for 27 months for agriculture and livestock based livelihood programmes. I also worked as Project Officer with CUTS, Jaipur, where I looked after consumer issues, governance issues, advocacy and policy research. During my stint with BRLPS (SRLM-Bihar) for 15 months as a Young Professional, I worked as a Block Project Manager and handled the overall project implementation including number of livelihood activities (farm, off farm and non-farm) in the project area.
AD Fellowship will provide me a platform to create a convergence between central and state government schemes and to identify the development triggers in aspirational district. The fellowship will give an opportunity to provide end to end solutions.
