Bio:
I did my B.Tech in Computer Science from BPUT, Odisha. During my graduation, I realized that social development sector was my calling. This led me to pursue a post graduate degree from Institute of Rural Management Anand. I began my career as Young professional at RGAVP where I was placed as Block Project Manager in Karauli district for almost 2 years. Thereafter, I worked with Technoserve as an associate, to provide technical support to the farmers’ producer company supported by JEEVIKA and BMGF. I then went on to work with Digital Green as Assistant Programme Manager.
Aspirational Districts Fellowship will allow me to work closely with the government machinery and to implement its projects. I am looking forward to an enriching experience, strategic intervention and to understand the living conditions in aspirational districts. The fellowship will provide me the opportunity to bridge the disparity in a strategic manner. It will be exciting and inspiring to be a part of this initiative. My prior professional experience in different organizations has helped me develop various skills – capacity building, relationship management, community engagement, skill development and team handling. I am looking forward to use specialized experience in financial inclusion and livelihood to achieve the objectives more efficiently.
