Bio:
I describe myself as a Software Engineer turned Development Professional, however I refrain from using the term, “a Development Professional”. I’m more of “a traveller on a spree to overcome the roadblocks restricting the society to graduate to the next level by the means of Entrepreneurship, yes, I’m a Serial Social Entrepreneur”, having said that I’ve just now unmasked my philosophical side too.
I’d borrow a cliché to start describing the professional journey, “it’s been a roller coaster ride”. I’ve worked with TCS as a Business Analyst cum System Engineer for 39 months, I pursued MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar & began flirting with whatever opportunity I thought would challenge my School of Thought, by the time I joined TRIF I had already enjoyed and learnt from my stints in various domains; Entrepreneur in Residence (BASIX Sub-K) & Zila Swachh Bharat Prerak (TATA Trusts/ Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation).
India is a growing country, growth has an affinity for challenge & challenge inspires innovation. My journey with TRIF begins with the unique concept of alleviating Left Wing Extremism through Development at the Bottom of Pyramid & challenges involved. The wide range of challenges I expect to face from various domains such as Heath, Nutrition, Agriculture, Financial Inclusion, Skill development, Development of Basic Infrastructure & my personal favourite, Education will widen my ambit of learning & enrich my Knowledge Bank. The concoction of Software Engineer & Social Entrepreneur will, I am sure, bring out the best solutions from the best practices around the world.
The Symbiotic relationship with my role will be a win-win for both, my Workspace & my Career Goals.
