I am an alumnus of SBI Youth for India Fellowship, IMT Ghaziabad, MIT Manipal and Mayo College, Ajmer. Throughout my education, I worked on small projects related to social impact and entrepreneurship. After finishing MBA, I worked at Axis Bank as Product Manager for a Mobile Application during the Demonetization times.
With SBI Youth of India Fellowship, I found a platform to take the Development sector plunge. I worked in remote tribal areas in Odisha with a non-profit Gram Vikas on Water and Sanitation projects for a year. This experience made me see the realities of rural India in the most raw form it could be possible, from devastating cyclones to small pleasures of rural community life, I saw it all.
These experiences have made me realise that true scalable and sustainable impact in development is possible only through Government. And ADF is the perfect place to be, the natural next step, where a development sector professional can be truly in the thick of things.
