I have worked in the development sector for the past five years and it has been an adventurous journey. Prior to that, I pursued my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from BIT, Ranchi and my Post Graduation Diploma in rural management from XISS, Ranchi.
I started my career as Assistant Project Officer with NARDES in Bharuch. I later went on to work as a ‘Young Professional’ for 2.6 years in Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society. This was followed by my stint as District Coordinator with ‘Ekjut’ for 1 year 1 month. During the course of my career, I have developed documentation, communication and leadership skills. I have knowledge about project management, SHG formation, capacity building and also have the experience of working with government officials.
I am really excited about AD Fellowship as this will give me an opportunity to work in multiple sectors at a time, and also, working with District Magistrate will be an honour for me. My work experience, skills and knowledge will help me contribute towards the Aspirational Districts Programme.
