Bio:
I am a Dental Surgeon and non-profit leader whose focus is public health and holistic development. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery from Tamil Nadu Government Dental College, Chennai and have over five years of full-time experience in nonprofit project management, community health, education, NGOs, and foundations. All this in the pursuit of making our communities better and equip people with the right knowledge and resources.
After practising oral and community health for a couple of years in Chennai and Bihar, I moved to southern part of Rajasthan, as an SBI Youth for India Fellow and worked around women’s health with a focus on reproductive health and contraception.
Post that I worked with an NGO in Bihar and implemented programmes across the state around emergency and primary health care and led paths for development hence creating synergy across state departments. For me, AD Fellowship’ is a platform which will enable me to understand the governance and its various determinants and hence contribute.
