I have done my MA in Education from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru. Before that, I worked with a not-for-profit organization – Vikramshila Education Resource society. While working there, I found that there was a gap in my knowledge and field practices of education as I had not studied the subject before. The urge to understand the nuances of education drove me to do my Masters in Education.
I am looking forward to contribute to education at the field level during the fellowship. I hope that I will get ample opportunities to put my studies into use. To be an AD Fellow has been an informed decision, and I call this an opportunity of my lifetime. The fellowship will give me an exposure to the ‘reality’ – real challenges and difficulties of our society. Although I can’t say that I will bring the change, but I will definitely nurture hope and aspiration in my district and together we all can bring ‘The Change’
