I am a business administration graduate from BIT, Mesra. I started my career as a banker with ICICI Bank Ltd. It helped me realise my own potential and cleared my understanding about what I wanted to do with my life.I wanted to solve the problems of the underprivileged.
Since then, I have worked with NGO, research organisation and a major political advocacy group. To make my understanding holistic by working with the government system and have some major impact on the lives of people I joined ADF.
