Bio:
I am a passionate mechanical engineer who turned development sector professional. I worked for 2 years in steel sector before joining IRMA. After completing masters, I had a short stint with Agriculture department, Govt. of Kerala as consultant to promote Farmer producer organisations.
As I aim to get into policy space, I believe this fellowship will give me a realistic idea about how policies are implemented at District, Block and Panchayat levels. I believe it is necessary to understand the ground reality before thinking about policies and their analysis. The fellowship will also give me an opportunity to work in one of the toughest and most backward districts, which also means there is enough opportunity to make a difference.
