Bio:
I believe in the beauty of dreams. Dreams are like small seeds as they need care and perseverance to bloom into a beautiful blossom. I studied Engineering Design at IIT Madras and excelled in academics. Mathematical modeling, game theory and systems design were some of my core interest areas. After a brief proud stint at GE JFWTC Bangalor, I took turns to the liberal arts and leadership as Young India Fellow.
I initiated and led the Education and Community Sports vertical at Parivartan, Narendrapur in Bihar. Parivartan, being an integrated community development setup, helped me understand dimensions of development. This exposed me to the critical role (and, limitations!) of non-profits in the development space.
Aspirational Districts Programme is designed to bring together all levels of government and to benefit from the experience/expertise outside. I’m excited at this possibility of working in such collaborative environment. I intend to be part of realizing this dream of ‘New India’, while contributing at the front, facing hurdles and persevering. Together.
