I have done my Schooling in Ranchi, Jharkhand and have completed my Graduation in History Honours from Ranchi University. I grew up in middle class family and I have seen poverty closely.
After my Masters from TISS I joined ALC India Pvt LTD to work in ‘Livelihood’ sector in Hyderabad.
After that, I co-founded Centre for Social Consulting India Pvt Ltd, in Mumbai. We worked on innovations in Water and Sanitation and developed new product for arsenic filtration which has been awarded by various organisations.
Thereafter I decided to work in Jharkhand and worked with SAKH Foundation and department of Panchayti Raj on Beacon Panchayat Model as District Coordinator and recently worked with Social Audit Unit as Resource Person to develop.
AD Fellowship programme is an opportunity to work closely with government programmes especially in strengthening governance. I hope I will get opportunity to work with innovative approach with ample resources.
