Bio:
I have a B Tech in Metallurgy from BIT, Sindri and a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from IRMA, Anand. I started my career with Tata Consultancy Services in Bangalore as a developer and worked there for 3 years. After my PG, I worked for over a year as a Young Professional in Bihar Rural Livelihood Promotion Society.
I have hands on experience in the following themes of the rural development sector – skill development, community mobilization, livelihood upgradation and microfinance, capacity and institution building, social development, health, nutrition and sanitation.
I grew up in Jamshedpur and during my engineering I did a vocational training from R&D Division of Tata Steel. So, for me it is a matter of honour and pride to be associated with Tata Trusts. I am looking forward to an enriching learning experience and growth from the AD Fellowship. The guidance from the DM or DC will be an added advantage. I hope to contribute to the development of my allotted district by improving various development indicators. Working with government departments and NGOs will be my focus.
