Bio:
I am a Metallurgy and Materials Engineer from NIT Jamshedpur with a PGDM from IIM Ranchi.
I have worked with Tata Steel Ltd for nearly four years as Manager in areas ranging from Production & Inventory Management, Greenfield Project Management and Strategic Sourcing at Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) and Kalinganagar (Odisha).
I have also been an active member of a fundraising society ‘edYOUcate’ India which finances education of underprivileged children in Jharkhand.
I am excited about working with the Government machinery purely because through its institutional set up, the impact can be manifolds.
As a Management professional, I see my utility in strategizing programme planning and programme implementation, monitoring and reporting through data driven approach and structured presentation and communication.
Through my interpersonal skills, I seek to take assistance from various stakeholders in the project and effectively communicate the aspirations of the programme to the beneficiaries.
